Confirm that the service account used to run Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service (FIMSynchronizationService) has the AD Security right of \u201cReplicating Directory Changes\u201d at the domain level\u00a0<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in<\/li>\n
  2. On the View<\/strong> menu, click Advanced Features<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click the domain object, such as “company.com”, and then click Properties<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. On the Security<\/strong> tab, if the desired user account is not listed, click Add<\/strong>; if the desired user account is listed, proceed to step 7.<\/li>\n
  5. In the Select Users, Computers, or Groups<\/strong> dialog box, select the desired user account, and then click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click OK<\/strong> to return to the Properties<\/strong> dialog box.<\/li>\n
  7. Click the desired user account.<\/li>\n
  8. Click to select the Replicating Directory Changes<\/strong> check box from the list.<\/li>\n
  9. Click Apply<\/strong>, and then click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  10. Close the snap-in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
