Rerun the transaction. &lt;Binary&gt;<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When using HAT and the query pages (messages received in the last day) you notice that some items are logged and others are not, you also notice that running the query pages can also take some time to execute or timeout.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFirst step I would recommend would to download MessageBoxViewer <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.technet.com\/jpierauc\/pages\/msgboxviewer.aspx\">http:\/\/blogs.technet.com\/jpierauc\/pages\/msgboxviewer.aspx<\/a>. Select all of the tests and then collect all the information from the server. Once executed scroll to the bottom of the results and see what critical errors have been raised. Maybe you will see the following:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0BizTalk Job &#8216;DTA Purge and Archive&#8217; is renamed or missing<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0BizTalk Job &#8216;Backup BizTalk Server&#8217; was executed with errors<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0BizTalk Job &#8216;MessageBox_Message_ManageRefCountLog_BizTalkMsgBoxDb&#8217; executed with errors<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0BizTalk SVC Control message is missing<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIf you do have these errors confirm that they have not been renamed if they haven\u2019t it plausible that even though BizTalk reports that it is running SP2, the BTS DB Schema\u2019s have not been updated<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIf this is the case navigate to the following folder<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nC:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataMicrosoftE-Business Servers UpdatesBTS2004SP2<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThen run:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBTS_Tracking_ShrinkExistingDatabase.sql<br \/>\nDTA_Schema_Upgrade.sql<br \/>\nMgmt_Schema_Upgrade.sql<br \/>\nMsgBox_Schema_Upgrade.sql<br \/>\nupdateEDI.sql<\/p>\n<p>If after running the upgrade scripts Message Box viewer still shows a critical error ie control message is still missing.
