To force synchronization, log into your server that has the Directory Synchronization tool installed.<\/p>\n

  1. On the computer that is running the Directory Sync tool, start PowerShell, type Import-Module DirSync<\/strong>, and then press ENTER<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Type Start-OnlineCoexistenceSync<\/strong>, and then press ENTER<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Second Option run:
    \nC:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Azure AD Sync\\Bin\\DirectorySyncClientCmd.exe initial<\/code>
    \nC:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Azure AD Sync\\Bin\\DirectorySyncClientCmd.exe delta<\/code><\/p>\n

    Old method<\/h2>\n

    Open up PowerShell and navigate to
    \nC:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Online Directory Sync<\/code><\/p>\n

    Then start the Directory Sync Configuration Shell by typing
    \n.DirSyncConfigShell.psc1<\/code><\/p>\n

    Then run the following cmdlet:
