(hr=0x80040301, ec=-2147220735)<br \/>\nDiagnostic context:<br \/>\n&#8230;&#8230;<br \/>\nLid: 23226 &#8212; ROP Parse Start &#8212;<br \/>\nLid: 27962 ROP: ropOpenFolder [2]<br \/>\nLid: 27962 ROP: ropIncrCfg [112]<br \/>\nLid: 27962 ROP: ropUpldStStrmBegin [117]<br \/>\netc&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>CAUSE<\/h2>\n<p>Typically this issue is caused by the mailbox containing corrupt rules or out of office.<\/p>\n<h2>RESOLUTION<\/h2>\n<p>From Powershell execute the following to determine the error.<\/p>\n<p>Typically the issue relates to corrupt outlook rules<\/p>\n<p>Get-Inboxrule &#8211; Mailbox &#8220;name&#8221;<br \/>\nGet-MailboxAutoReplyconfiguration &#8211; identity &#8220;name&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If these fail open outlook with the following switch<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>outlook.exe \/cleanrules<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0View the users rules and auto reply<br \/>\n&#8211; you may recieve errors if you do just continue<\/li>\n<li>Close outlook<\/li>\n<li>Reopen outlook<\/li>\n<li>Confirm you have no errors<\/li>\n<li>Re-run the powershell commands above and then move the mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROBLEM Unable to migrate Mailbox from On-Premise Exchange to Exchange Online.
