Sometimes Azure VM’s stop communicating over the network and access using RDP, HTTP, Powershell stop working.
To resolve try the following:
1. Restart VM from Azure Portal
2. Resize VM
3. Run the diagnostics Log utility (https://home.diagnostics.support.microsoft.com/SelfHelp?knowledgebaseArticleFilter=2976864)
