Issue

When running the config wizard for BizTalk2004 (on windows 2003) the following error occurred:
Failed to deploy Biztalk system assembly "C:Program FilesMicrosoft BizTalk Server 2004Microsoft.BizTalk.DefaultPipelines.dll". Unspecified exception: Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
error CS2001: Source file 'C:WINDOWSTEMPdbqvusoe.0.cs' could not be found.
error CS2008: No inputs specified.
Resolution

Nacigate to %systemroot%temp
Add the user ‘NETWORK SERVICE’ to the temp folder granting the following access:
- Read
- Write
- Modify
